For Nov - Mar we recommend guests inquire before booking about weather and driveway condition (4WD or AWD are often recommended). Private getaway in the mountains of SW PA. 5 min from Ohiopyle and Fallingwater. Small home with a spacious deck and large open doors that make the indoor and outdoor space a single living area. Located in the heart of the Laurel Highlands. For those brining pets, keep in mind there are some dogs that run in the neighborhood and also plenty of other wildlife.

Mountain Oasis Cottage

Our Cottage is located at the base of a mountain on a dead end road it is very tranquil with a lot of deer that feed in the back yard. We are 15 minutes from the city of Cumberland Maryland where the “Western Maryland Bike Trail” is located and 30 minutes from historic Bedford, PA. The Cottage has two bedrooms that each feature queen size beds, one living room with a pull out queen size sofa bed, and a sitting room with a full size pull out sofa bed. Heated and cooled w/ mini splits.

This cozy aframe is a perfect glamping getaway for two! You'll stay on 20 acres with over 700 feet of frontage on Abrams Creek. Ready to unplug? Bikes can easily be stowed in the back room off the kitchen. Easy parking, and fenced-in yard is great for kids and pooches.
