Experience a unique stay in a one bedroom, one and half bath, converted grain bin with access to a large stocked pond in a private setting! The loft bedroom has a king size bed with half bath. Full size sofa sleeper, rollaway twin size bed and queen air mattress also available. Fully stocked kitchen with kitchen amenities, washer/dryer access available. Pet friendly with fenced dog yard. This awesome little house is just 10 minutes from most of Amarillo. This house is very clean and freshly remodeled. Our guests all agree this is such a relaxing place to stay. The house itself is a small efficiency, 1 room with everything you'll need for your stay. Inside the house is very clean and comfortable but outside is my favorite part. Here you'll find some of the best front porch sittin' around and the sunsets are pretty awesome too! You'll have wide open spaces and plenty of privacy.

"18th Street Retreat" is located in Dumas Texas. This home has been completely remodeled. It’s a quick 45 minutes north of Amarillo, and less than 4 hours to the nearest Ski slops. This home is only 15-20 minutes to most Refineries, Gas Plants, and beef packing plants. Enjoy high speed internet and your favorite shows with a 55" smart TV. There is a twin bed with a trundle bed. Nice decor. Great patio. TV with netflix and local stations. Free wifi. Easy to find. Within walking distance of downtown and 35 real good restaurants. Washer and dryer on property, just ask for it. Pets allowed.
