City of Victoria Licence: 00046912 The Boho at 731 Vancouver St is an easygoing historical heritage home just four blocks from the harbour. We're on a quiet bike route, a quick walk to downtown, parks, and most everything else. We've blended grand Victorian charm with modern comforts, safety, and some fun eclectic details. Our three private guest suites are accessed from a common library, landing, stairwell, and foyer. You will most likely meet other guests or us in the common areas.

Island Gateway Anacortes Studio and Sauna

Bright, beautiful studio with full kitchen, coffee bar, private bath and outdoor fire pit. Adjacent outdoor cedar sauna that we share with our guests in both units. Minutes from the Anacortes Ferry Terminal. Note: We live upstairs in a totally separate part of the house and the studio is adjacent to another unit. We have soundproofed the house as well as we can, but there are normal noises that come with shared living. The studio has one queen sized bed. We don't accept children.

The Coho Cabin - A Beachfront Getaway

Welcome to the Coho Cabin, a tiny house/log cabin perched atop Skagit Bay with direct westerly waterfront views of wildlife, Whidbey Island and the Olympic Mts. Built in 2007, it's an authentic log cabin, custom designed out of Alaskan Yellow Cedar. Enjoy the rustic-yet-elegant vibe, radiant heated floors, cozy loft bed, outdoor bbq and private location. Located 10 min. west of La Conner, guests can browse shops, adventure on unique hikes, or enjoy a relaxing beach stroll.

Windance Cottage

Northwewst contemporary designed guest house. Lots of sunlight and great views of the Straights, Mountains and an abundance of sea life, eagles, deer, fox, and other wildlife. Private tennis court with basketball hoops. Private cove to launch your kayak or just some great tide pooling. Note; Owners home is on the property. The cottage sets back approximately a football field away from the main house, affording it’s own privacy. Owners are normally always on property.
