Lafayette is also 30 minutes from the Denver scene. This cozy studio is close to everything, yet feels like a quiet hideaway when it's time to relax in your private space.

The garage can be used to store your bikes or ski's and parking available in front of house for vehicles. Walking out the front door is a beautiful view of Longs Peak and the Rocky Mountains. I have two "Scottish Fold" cats who live in my space so, if you have cat allergies this may not be the place for you.
