Work space and great wi-fi too. Sunroom opens to a large, private deck to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage, steps from the private dock. Views of the lake from most rooms. Use of kayaks, noodles and good fishing off your private dock. Plenty of parking and minutes to the public boat ramp.

Originally built in 1957 in Athens, GA and relocated to Storybook Farm, the Cottage finds itself among the most special characters! While staying at the Cottage, you may meet Dromedary camels, make friends with a strawberry loving African warthog, or sneak a peak of hatching cygnets. At night, enjoy peace and quiet in the North Georgia air and wake up refreshed & ready for another day on the farm! A unique experience for families, friends, and couples of any age.

The Tiny Giant lake house

Charming 900Sqft lakefront "tiny" house that packs a punch into such a small space! Private bedroom on the main floor along with a full bath, open kitchen, dining and living space with tons of natural light! There is also a loft bedroom that has it's own bathroom with a shower! The bedroom, loft, and main living space all have independently adjustable AC units for maximum comfort! Coming off the back deck it is an easy walk to the swim platform dock.
