It's located 9 minutes south of downtown Littleton and 11 minutes north of Cannon Mountain. Our guest house, affectionately known as the “shanty” is located in a very private setting on our property in Sugar Hill. We are located about 25 minutes from the Brenton Woods Ski area and also Loon Mountain ski area. Cannon Mountain is about a 15 minute drive. Our property abuts the Toad Hill Farm wedding venue and is a 5 minute drive from the cottage. The Bishop Farm wedding venue is about 12 minutes away.

Architect's Brookside Cabin

In Franconia Notch State Park in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, this family-friendly generational cabin has three levels and a running brook out back. Built by the owner/architect in the early 1960s, it is located on a secondary road with forest views. Equipped with Wifi, a back deck, Juliet balconies on all levels, linens, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and cooking ware.
