We are opposite the slipway so have easy access to launch. A 5 min walk to Fowey’s shops & restaurants. We have a 1 bed flat sleeps 2, The Slipway Suite four doors away.

The Workshop was a ruin before we turned it into a stylish and very comfortable living space with bespoke joinery, underfloor heating, power shower, kingsize bed with linen sheets and its own private patio. It was the workshop for Lombard Mill which sits below it and lies in an ancient wooded valley in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The Burrow is a quirky and snuggly little bolthole. Small, well behaved dogs are welcome. (No large breeds. Maximum cocker spaniel size, PLEASE respect this). Enjoy the fenced, enclosed garden with views across the fields. A short walk from the local dog friendly pub. kitchen, lounge with woodburner (logs supplied). Smart TV, wifi, king size bed, (electric blanket in winter), air fryer, shared washing machine/dryer, parking and storage for bikes etc. Private hot tub, (bring flip flops!)

The flat is a one minute walk from the main carpark where you can jump on the local town bus or a five minute walk down the the hill to the main high street! The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and microwave. The washing machine is located in the outhouse in the garden!
