Pond View is located in centre of Four Elms village overlooking the village pond. With parking on the forecourt, it has been furnished to give that “home from home” feel. Guests, in between houses or from overseas looking for longer stays have always enjoyed their stay. There is a wealth of things to keep you busy in the local area, or simply enjoy the hut’s amenities making for a perfect romantic break.

Amazing walks & pubs from the doorstep, perfect for a country retreat, yet only 30 miles from London. Huge King size circular bed. Reynolds spa is 15 mins away. The house recently featured in Mr Bates v The Post Office, & the roundel was the actors green room.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
