Gibson Lake. We are a half mile to Taylors Ferry day use area and boat ramp and less that a mile to the sandy swim beach area. Bring the whole family for a few days of fun and relaxation. This cozy cottage is set on five acres of scenic countryside just north-east of Tulsa. I designed and built this 480 square foot home for myself and lived in it happily for five years. But, now I’ve moved on to my next project and I’m eager to share this cottage with my guests! The house gets beautiful light, has a very comfortable bed, and is ideal for single travelers and couples. Take a soak in the tub after a long day on the road and feel your cares melt away. Stay a while, relax.

By evening you have access to sunsets, a fire pit and Marshmallow skewers for the perfect s’more. Inside you’ll find your favorite movie playing on surround sound and plenty of board games and puzzles for a quieter night. I have a hot tub that overlooks the river and bluff views. It is professionally maintained.

Our Hillside Cabin is a renovated 900 Sq Ft A-Frame rustic cabin overlooking the Needmore Ranch that meanders along the scenic Illinois River. Sitting approximately 1/2 mile from the banks of the river on 400+ acres of private property, this beautiful property is perfect for hiking, fishing, viewing wildlife, or just relaxing around the outdoor firepit. Reconnect with nature, and hike or drive down through our property to access the river or fish from our nearby ponds.

Just you, the woods, and softly singing water. And birds. Aw, the birds! -Tip back in a comfy reclining loveseat; watch the wonder through the patio doors. -Follow woodland trail to a secluded bench and table by the stream. Note: Driveway is rough and steep. No motorcycles.
