This is a one-of-a-kind find. It's the entire main-level of a home on the edge of endless nature, yet close enough to Fort Collins/CSU to drive there in 20-minutes. It's a hand crafted home with lots of character. Complete with gas fireplace, steam room, bidet, patio and incredible hiking access! Owner lives in the upper level year round and is always handy with recommendations for fun entertainment etc.. Short term boat/trailer parking allowed and is just a 2-minute drive from the boat ramp!

West Fort Collins Studio Retreat

Welcome to our GUEST SUITE in West Fort Collins! This modern studio is tucked away on a dirt road, giving it a private, country feel with the convenience of all the nearby city amenities. The West/Central location makes it the perfect home base to explore either the nearby mountains or the city. You’ll have quick access to CSU, the Spring Creek Trail, Horsetooth Reservoir, the Poudre River, Old Town and of course all the local breweries that make Fort Collins famous. We can't wait to host you!

Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and queen size sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

Green House on Remington Street

The Green House on Remington is a cozy turn-of-the-century house with new modern comforts and a convenient place to stay in Old Town. Easy walking to CSU campus, also to the downtown area with its variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The house has a spacious backyard and patio. Our recently remodeled home is a perfect getaway for all. The house is a duplex, with two working professionals living in the basement. They have their own separate entrance and do not share any spaces with you.

The Garden Studio in Old Town

This little studio has had quite a history. The main house was built in 1908, and the studio was built shortly after as a carriage house. It had a facelift as a pottery studio in the 70's. Now, after a remodel in 2023, it is a cozy retreat for guests looking to explore our incredible city. Whether you came for the Old Town experience, hiking in the fresh mountain air, hopping around our world class breweries, or hitting the slopes, we hope you find as much to love about our city as we do.

Our house is a 1902 Prairie Foursquare with loads of old charm. We are located in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins, close to CSU and three blocks from downtown. We are walking distance to several of the finest Microbreweries in Colorado. The apartment has a separate, private entrance, and large 4' high windows in every room. Bright and cheery with warm atmosphere is an understatement. We look forward to meeting people from many places and backgrounds. 2-day minimum, no-smoking, no pets

Welcome to your private 3rd story apartment inside my family's modern, Leed certified home. 10 minute walk to Old Town, New Belgium brewery, and the Poudre River Whitewater Park. Apt is accessed via a spiral staircase (see photo) and is NOT suited for travelers wary of heights, those with oversized luggage, or children. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchenette, living room, bedroom, patio overlooking Long's Peak, off street parking, and two Schwinn bikes! NO CLEANING FEE. No pets or smoking.

Tucked next to the foothills near the Cache La Poudre River. Walk to the river trail, grocery store, bakery, pizza joint, popular Swing Station, frisbee golf course, or the Tapestry House wedding venue- this is the place! Perfect location to hop on the paved river trail with a bike and brewery hop in Fort Collins, explore Lory State Park, raft the Poudre River, float in Horsetooth Reservoir, and rock climb in the canyon. It is a quiet place located right outside of Fort Collins.

Come stay in a private downstairs apartment in a timeless craftsman home. This basement home includes one bedroom plus a bonus room with twin bed, one bathroom with shower, separate living area with fireplace, and dine-in galley kitchen. Includes wireless internet and work space. Take the trolley in the summers. Easy walks to Beaver’s Market, Fox Den Coffee, Stodgy Brewing, Little on Mountain, Gelato & Amore, La Casita Mexican, and a little over a mile to the heart of Old Town.

Colorado Modern Cabin

This beautiful, modern cabin, is showered in sunlight. Just 2.5 miles from downtown, yet a stones throw from all the outdoor adventures in the foothills, Horsetooth Reservoir, Poudre River, mountain biking & hiking. With apple trees, berries & gardens, this quiet country setting is one of the best locations in town. Soak in the Colorado sunshine w/ the passive solar design. Relax in the evenings taking in the mountain sunsets while enjoying a fire pit on the back porch.

Private, Friendly, Midtown Studio

Convenient mid-town Ft Collins location. Private, separate living space from our home, studio with with bathroom, mini-fridge, TV, and private entrance. Located at the end of a friendly cul-de-sac. Near CSU campus, the new football stadium and a short bike ride to Old Town Fort Collins. A friendly yellow lab lives in the main house, along with a cat, 2 adults, and 2 kids. (However, our animals are not permitted in the rental space.)
