It is annexed to our house having its own separate side entrance. Ideal for those visiting family in Formby or for golf on the several nearby links.

Another Place

'Another Place' is a one bedroom cottage situated on a small secure equestrian centre. Four legged friends are more than welcome, just let us know when booking. Its beautiful location is perfect for exploring the Sefton Coast. A securely fenced dog area is available on site for allowing the dogs to run and toilet off lead, we do however insist that all dogs are kept on a lead when exploring the property.

The Annexe

This property is self contained annexe, with one double bedroom, open plan living/kitchen area and one bathroom with a large walk-in shower. (Please be aware it is an electric shower with medium water pressure) Making the property suitable for up to two adults ( Not suitable for infants or children due to a large pond directly outside the property). There is ample parking for two cars.
