The well-equipped kitchen and grill on the porch encourages intimate home cooking. We lived in this space before we moved into the main house, so we can attest to it being comfortable, and well maintained.

Bright, beachy and bohemian one bedroom pool house in the heart of James Island, 10 minutes from downtown Charleston and 15 from Folly Beach. Relax in a hammock under the covered pergola, float in the saltwater pool, and gather around the gas fire pit at night. Full kitchen, cozy king bed and a lush tropical backyard. Please note: we live here full time, so the private apartment is yours, but the pool and backyard are shared with our family.
