Situated between the medieval town of Sandwich and seaside coast of Deal within a 10 minute drive each way. Canterbury just 20 minutes further, there is plenty to see whilst away.

There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

Two spacious rooms, a double and a twin room with private bathroom. The rooms are light and airy with comfortable memory foam mattresses. Z-bed can be provided on request. The rooms are on the ground floor and guests are able to enjoy the privacy of their own space with direct access into the courtyard garden.
