The Loft at Dungeness Kent

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil 1st floor flat. The Loft has access via a steep stair case with a private entrance & a designated parking bay. The Loft is close to Britians oldest RSPB reserve, a short walk to the sea & to Dungeness famous pub "The Pilot" serving fish & chips with a bar. Also a short walk to the RNLI Dungeness Lifeboat & a 20minute walk to the lighthouse and the RHDR narrow gauge railway station. This is a no smoking or vaping flat & no pets.

The Den

Great ground floor studio in the West End of Folkestone. A couple of minutes walk to "The Leas" and a serious flight of steps to the beach. "The Den" has everything you need for a private getaway. Unfortunately the council have now restricted on road parking to residents permits only 😩, and I’m unable to get visitors parking permits as I’m not a resident there. Please note we have booked to put new flooring in the room and the bathroom on the 18th September.

Take a stroll along Hythe's beautiful beach, or a short wander to the High Street and soak up the cafe culture. Once you walk into the apartment no small detail has been forgotten from a comfy king size bed with 100% linen bedding and a fully equipped kitchen.
