Hűtő, mikró és főzéshez szükséges eszközökkel felszerelt. Sütési és mosási lehetőség nincs. Remek borvidékünk gazdag programokat kínál a vendégeink számára. Az apartman nem dohányzó. "Fully refurbished and nicely designed apartment 30 m distance from City Town Hall. The apartment is located in one of the prettiest and authentic streets of Subotica. Ideal for a short stay. Most of the city attractions are within walking distance. Maps and tourist info is provided. The apartment has all the basic amenities needed for you to have a comfortable rest and it is maintained and cleaned regularly. Under the apartment is daily bar with ocassional acustic events on weekend.

A lakás hálószobával, konyha-nappalival, nagy fürdőszobával, és egy különálló WC-vel rendelkezik. A lakásban van wifi, kábel TV, és klíma.

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

Az apartman Pécs főterétől alig 150 méterre található. Kialakításánál igyekeztünk figyelembe venni, hogy a vendég itt tartózkodása alatt minden igényét kielégítse. Többi apartmanunkhoz hasonlóan itt is próbáltunk egyedi dizájnt létrehozni és úgy érezzük ez sikerült is, de ezt ne mi döntsük el. Gyere, próbáld ki ! :)
