My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

On the left you can admire the imposing mountains and ahead the Aegean Sea. During spring and summer the smell of orange and lemon blossoms from our garden will spoil your senses...

Swimming and diving here is possible until December. The house has a big terrace with a beautiful view to the sea as well as a pool which is nestled into a flower garden. It includes a matrimonial bed, a loft with a semi double matress, two sofas, a kitchen with all amenities for preparing meals and a bathroom.
