There is 1 step down in the living area “ 70’s style sunken den”. There are two full bathrooms. This home is strictly for renting and not our personal use. You don’t want to miss staying here! A brand new kitchen with granite countertops and subway backsplash, walk-in tiled shower and full size washer and dryer! We have all the amenities you’re looking for: refrigerator, oven, microwave, and Keurig coffeemaker!! The bathroom includes a double sink in the vanity with a walk in shower. We are a little over 3 miles to the Brandon Amphitheater, Quarry Park, Quarry Trails and less than 2 miles to Shiloh Park. We look forward to hosting you!
