Come and relax in our cozy studio perfect for a couple. Your space is private and filled with all the ammenities you could ask for. There is a small kitchenette that is fully equipped, a living room to enjoy complimentary beverages and freshly baked cookies. The bedroom has quality sheets, darkening shades and a sound machine to help you sleep. Outside you have your own private entrance and patio for enjoying a morning of bird watching. We do live up on a hill but there is room to turn around.

Porter Hill Perch

The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Stay in the heart of Tuxedo NC in the Old Tuxedo Post Office located in the iconic Tuxedo Community Store building. Lovingly renovated into a gorgeous one bedroom (new firm king sized bed), one bath apartment (700 sq. feet) with private outdoor area. Directly across the street from Tuxedo Park and 1/4 mile from Lake Summit. Bring your hiking or running shoes, bike or kayak! Well-behaved pets welcome. Easy access to US Highway 25. Greenville SC or Asheville NC are just an easy 30 minute drive.

Home is located in the Bearwallow Mountain area midway between Asheville and Chimney Rock Village. Other local amenities include rock climbing, trout fishing, mountain biking, Chimney Rock State Park, Lake Lure and many local breweries. Be adventurist as you like or just come to relax.

Our home in Pisgah Forest is in the land of waterfalls. The apartment has a full kitchen, large shower and a fire pit on the deck for your enjoyment This area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, music lovers, hikers and cyclists. If you are planning to visit our state and national parks, please check to see which trails are open. Downtown Brevard is a quaint mountain town with unique shops, a variety of restaurants and art galleries and is just 15 from the apartment.

It is nestled in the heart of waterfall country, yet only minutes away from the town of Brevard. There are many fun, outdoor activities available. You'll have the whole place to yourself.
