The Stables @ Kookaburra House

‘The Stables @ Kookaburra House', is a unique and beautifully appointed barn style cottage located in a private setting amongst the tranquil country side of Kangaroo Valley. 5 km from Kangaroo Valley village and 1 km from the golf club. The Stables includes a large open fireplace, well appointed open plan country kitchen, spacious dining and lounge areas, outdoor fire pit, spacious grounds and breathtaking views of the valley from the outdoor furnished deck. The cottage has a comfortable veranda for you to relax and watch the horses and cattle graze. A country experience just 2 hrs drive from Sydney.

Cosy self Contained Apartment on a small 5 acre working horse training property based in Penrose, Southern Highlands NSW Our apartment can accomodate a couple or a family of 4 making it an easy choice for somewhere to stay whilst visiting the beautiful Southern Highlands. Be greeted in the morning by our small family of horses or bring your own horses for a riding holiday, where an accredited coach is also available for lessons and the Penrose forest is on our doorstep.

Elysium Cottage is situated on a recently developed, 65 acre cattle property in Fitzroy Falls. The property is only a 15 minute drive from the 3 main Southern Highland town centres of Bowral, Moss Vale & Robertson. Elysium is a new, 56sqm. fully self-contained, 2 bedroom country retreat, overlooking the beautiful Fitzroy Falls Reservoir. Although positioned 20 metres from the main house, it offers privacy and tranquillity in a natural bush land setting.

The Little House - Pet friendly*/Mid-week special!

While 'house' might be a stretch for this cosy studio-style room, it does have separate facilities. There's a separate "kitchenette", shower and toilet. IT HAS ONE KING SIZE BED and ONE SOFABED. The sofabed is charged at an additional $20/night. The Little House has everything you need for a short stay in The Highlands! * The property welcomes gentle, well socialised pups. The Little House backyard is also shared by my super friendly dog and ewe!

The Lodge FarmStay

Guests enter via a beautiful tree lined driveway bordered by stud black post and rail fencing. Guests have full access to the property including synthetic grass tennis court, gazebo, (racquets and tennis balls provided), basketball hoop, kids trampoline, mini rugby field with posts, horse stables, bbq and manicured formal gardens. A creek runs through the property.

Orchard Cottage & Gardens

Orchard Cottage, set in beautiful private gardens in a quiet and exclusive street just 2 mins drive to Moss Vale CBD. It is part of an historic former farmhouse dating from 1917 and originally part of the 1000 acre Throsby Park Homestead, which can be viewed from the garden. The accommodation is extremely comfortable, warm in the winter, cool in the summer.
