T's Place

The space is a recently renovated basement studio with a private entrance. There is a parking place for you and a lighted path to the left that leads down to the studio. The studio has a queen bed, a bathroom with tub and shower and a dressing room area that some use for an office. The kitchen has most anything you will need. We live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps and kitchen activity. The yard is huge and fenced- in, perfect for pets. The walk to Lane Stadium is only 15 minutes!

Mitchelltown Apartments-Stay and Vacation

The apartment has a living space featuring a couch and tv for relaxing after a long day of hiking nearby trails and a desk for tidying up some loose ends (wifi included) before your big meeting. 1 queen, 1 full bed. This apartment has a private entrance and ample parking just a few steps from your front door. Your host can provide access to a central laundry room (free of charge) on site if needed.

The large family room has seating for 11 while you watch cable TV. Please NO SMOKING on these premises. Swimming pool MAY be available. The pool is our families, but it often works out that my guests can use it. You must communicate your wishes and we will see it's availability. An outdoor grill is available.
