Between guests, we carefully disinfect ALL touchable surfaces and items - doors, drawers, switches, handles, furniture, dishes, linens, etc. - all are sanitized thoroughly. We want to be sure you feel safe and comfortable as possible. In the winter months, November-April, please check road conditions and carry chains; recommend having a 4 wheel/all wheel drive vehicle.

This suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door. We are a short drive (5 min) from downtown, 8 min. to the airport, 35 - 40 min from several popular ski resorts. We are next to the Washoe Public Golf Course in one of the most beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in Reno. We offer EV charging upon request.

Studio in Sparks

Enjoy a quiet neighborhood setting with quick and easy access to all that Reno and Sparks have to offer. Very cozy and stylish studio apartment with its own private entrance and patio/BBQ area. Laundry facilities are available too! Inside you will find a full kitchen, stocked with coffees, teas, and spices.
