Located in the heart of historic downtown Sandwich, Upstairs on Main is the perfect place to stay for a vacation in the quaint seaside town of Sandwich. The one bedroom studio is located on the second floor of a historic building which once was the town post office. It's been newly renovated and is walking distance to several restaurants, shops, historic landmarks and a 2 minute drive to the famous boardwalk beach. The studio has a queen bed, 1 bathroom and full kitchen.

Private beach neighborhood with two charming lanes. The top floor of my contemporary vacation rental affords comfort, views of the beach and marsh. 173 steps to the beach on expansive Buzzards Bay. Infants not walking and children over the age of five are welcome. Kayaks, bikes, paddle boards can be rented locally. Good Bike and Walking Trails nearby. Falmouth and Woods Hole charming centers are within 20-30 minutes. Ferry to Martha’s Vineyard is in Woods Hole.

We have a large fenced in yard for your dog to play in and for you to relax in with your dog. Bedroom has a queen bed with quality linens & towels & 27" TV w/cable. Also includes town beach pass for free parking, beach chairs, & towels, umbrella, cooler, propane grill on patio and washer & dryer too. Privacy fence and an abundance of beautiful plants!

Studio apartment that is well suited for a couple and young family. Children under twelve years of age will not be charged the extra fee. There is an added fee for extra adults over 2. This is a small space for 3 adults. This is our own home in which the studio apartment is above the garage. This was added for our daughter who attended a local college. She live there for 5 years while attending college.
