Located in a quiet, access controlled cul de sac this upstairs maisonette has spectacular views from the outside deck. This is an upstairs unit above the main house, with 13 steps walk up access. The private entrance with allocated parking, gives you privacy and peace of mind. The ensuite bathroom has access to a very spacious and comfortable bedroom with a queen sized bed. There is a separate open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge has a sleeper couch for the kids.

This one bedroom ground unit has a large open plan area for comfortable living, working and sleeping. Over and above it has a separate kitchen and bathroom with a small outdoor patio to braai or listen to the ocean. Casa Seaview is on Baggies Beach, close to all amenities. An excellent apartment for the Business person or Holiday makers. Pick 'n Pay Winklespruit and Checkers Seadoone is just a short drive away. The Galleria shopping centre a mere 5.6 km away. The apartment can accommodate 4 adults and 2 kids.
