Beautiful thatched cottage annex with ensuite bedroom and living room/snug with an old piano. There is a shop, pub, park and walks such as The Jurassic Way. There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

Perfect for weekend breaks and exploring the Cotswolds, Oxford, Stratford, Warwick and Bicester Village. Large two storey, light and bright open plan ex-granary with living space on the first floor overlooking our garden. Entirely self-contained unit in a very quiet location on the edge of the village. The Granary forms one side of a courtyard and we live in the farmhouse on another side.

Old English Cottage in Chipping Warden

Located on a quiet residential road, just around the corner from the local pub (The Maltsters) in the pretty village of Badby, famous for its stunning bluebell woods and beautiful walks. The Studio is ideally located near several wedding venues. Nearby Fawsley Hall is a great place to visit for afternoon tea or to relax in their award winning spa. Silverstone Circuit is less than half an hour away.

The Rabbit Hutch

Self contained studio annex in a quiet Oxfordshire village pub. Sits within easy reach of Banbury,silverstone,and the Coltswolds. Just off the M40. The Rabbit hutch sleeps upto 2 adults. Features: four poster bed in a stylish living space with kitchenette/diner (with washing machine and dishwasher), and bathroom with bath and over bath shower. (Access is not suitable for people with mobility issues). The pub offers a unique dining experience with peaceful outdoor spaces and country walks.

Light airy annexe with own entrance, double bedroom , shower room and kitchen. I do not charge a cleaning fee but would ask you leave the annexe as you find it please. Currently we do not have a TV in the room but have high speed broadband if you want to stream using your own devices. Ideally located Silverstone (12 mins)M40 10 mins drive & M1 15 mins Crockwell Farm 8 minutes away and the same distance to Sulgrave Manor. Easy access to Northampton and Milton Keynes

Located on a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border with great walks around the farm. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy.
