We toured with Kerry today, and it was about the most fun we have had on our trip to the South. He was so enthusiastic about Savannah and it’s history, and knew way more than we could have imagined about the area. We learned so much, and yet hardly scratched the surface of all there is to learn about this place and it’s historic people. He made history come alive with stories and details that are unlikely to be read about in history books or in sanitized accounts purported by officials. Kerry was personable and yet professional, has a great sense of humor, and really just made our trip to the area enjoyable. His passion for the city is absolutely contagious. Feels like we made a friend in Savannah. Can’t wait for our trip next year to take the evening tour. Highly recommended!

Horizon was our tour guide and she was wonderful! I was a little nervous about doing a tour like this during a pandemic, but unlike many other tour guides I saw, Horizon kept her mask on the entire time, which I was so grateful for. She was knowledgeable, energetic, funny, and we really enjoyed the tour. THANK YOU for pointing out the lack of monuments dedicated to women as well as Black, Indigenous and People of Color. So important to acknowledge this and I appreciate you taking the time to do that. Highly recommend this tour!

Overall, we really enjoyed this your and would do it again with all new information to learn even more.
