9.30 Meet and Greet

9.45 Yoga (all levels welcome) -

All yoga props are provided but you are more than welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.

11.00 Smoothie's :)

11.30 Aromatherapy education and individual gift.

12.30 Lunch hour, bring a book to read &/or journal

1.45 Afternoon meditation

2.15 Afternoon tea & tasty treats

2.30 Farewell

I have taught yoga at gyms, retreats and recreational centres across Gold Coast, Canberra, London & Bali for the past 18years. As a busy mum I understand the importance of 'time out' and taking time to retreat and reconnect. Our location here on the Gold Coast offers you the perfect sanctuary to do this, surrounded by nature and all it's beauty. I look forward to welcoming you into this tranquil space.
