In this experience you'll learn how to make the genovese PESTO sauce CROXETTI and the typical italian dessert: TIRAMISU'. So you're welcome and we will start making the most famous italian dessert: the king Tiramisù with a soft and smooth cream. We will serve you a glass of Prosecco wine that definitely helps you to pound the fresh basil, the parmesan, the pinenuts and the garlic in the marble mortar of my grandmother that she gave it to me together with the secrets of her special pesto recipe. When pesto will be ready and creamy, you'll learn how to make a traditional kind of pasta: Croxetti, a fantastic shaped kind of pasta original from the Rinascimento and typical of this area, kneading by hand a very rich dough.
Finally, you'll enjoy a dinner that features the dishes you made with a glass of White wine
