Qué vas a hacer

Staring at candle makes you relax and calm down peacefully.

first of all , I will serve you green tea or so.
I explain my meditation for about 15 minutes.
there are two parts for this meditation.
chanting mantra for 20 minutes
this is very important to dive into meditation smoothly.
you can get deep easily if you really do this well.
then breathing meditation for 30 minutes.
counting the number of breaths , slowly long and deep breathing.

we discuss and review meditation that we have done afterwards.

but we human being think something different in a day 24 hours, about 60,000 things.

1.control yourself not to fail
when you'd get panic, furious, tense, scared...you can not control your mind easily.
but there is the only way... slowly long and deep breathing and less failure.
2.concentration for success
ordinary people get easily distracted.
but top class business men, top class athletes, top class artists
focus exclusively on what they need.that's the different between them.

It was rather interesting. I've done meditation a few times myself, and my way of meditation was influenced by Indian Buddhism; I'd close my eyes and focus at the mental image of Ganeisha (or some eye god, if I feel extra hippie). Hence it was interesting to practice the Japanese Buddhist way of meditation. He showed me three different ways to meditate, among which I enjoyed the sound meditation the most. I did feel a sense of calm after the session. I remember during the meditation course where I blew out all "monkey" thoughts, I was breathing out all the heartbreak moments and disappointment. Then there was a sense of calm, and when the mental images of the people who have hurt me popped up, they left no anguish in me. This sense of calm lasted about four days. Of course, if one wants to retain this centered feeling constantly, one needs to meditate daily. I do feel it tough to do sound meditation on my own. It's better to have some guidance with you, some accountability partner for your meditation journey. Anyway, it was a rather nice experience for me.

I really enjoyed my experience with Suzuki! He was welcoming and experienced. I learned a few new meditation techniques that I could continue to use daily.

Highly recommend this experience! Max group size is four so it’s a personal experience! Meditation is done in a local home a short walk from the train train. The host makes you feel very welcome and explains the why behind meditation. You do not need to be religious to meditate!

Really enjoyed the meditation session. After a short and entertaining introduction of what we are going to do we dived right into it. Lovely Atmosphere. Definitely gon to try it again at home!
