Hello guys! If you are into healthy cuisine then join this experience
and learn about real healthy Korean cuisine with Dietitian!!
**My recipes are basically all low sodium, low sugar and low calories recipes
and we use organic sauce and spices.**
We'll meet and stroll through the local traditional markets to pick up all our fresh ingredients. After the market, we'll make two different Korean dishes at my cozy cooking studio.
Before start class I'll show you about Korean basic spices and seasoning, We also can try some organic Korean sauces and learn about how to make it.
I'll then tell you the nutritional information about the ingredients and show you the best way to cook for health and for taste. We'll cook together and decorate our own table. When you're ready with your Korean dish, we'll enjoy some complimentary Korean rice wine called Makkoli. We'll then eat our own authentic Korean meal with good company. :) You can get all healthy recipes by email after class
