We are 1.5 miles from the beach, 1 mile from train station with a bus stop 2 minute walk away. We are near to the Exe trail. Exeter city is 8 miles away.

No wardrobe, but we have hangers and coat hooks as well as a luggage rack. 🚗 Parking for a medium sized car in small marked space- as long as no oil leaks. **Please note it may require you to reverse up a low kerb. Otherwise free parking in streets.
