It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

Walking distance to Exe estuary trail, marina, Manor gardens, train station, bus station, boat trips and the world heritage Jurassic coastline. The town is one side with the beach on the opposite side. The beach is long with something for everyone. There are lots of activities to enjoy walking, cycling, swimming, sea sports and relaxing.
