Relax at this unique, conveniently situated 2 bedroom cabin located on Route 27 between Farmington (15 miles) and Kingfield (7 miles). For winter skiing and summer activities as well, Sugarloaf is just 30 minutes away. The cabin is just off the main road to minimize weather issues. Lemon Stream runs through the property and you can go fishing and explore the 3 acre woodland. Nicely furnished with new appliances, a new hot tub, and all the amenities, this little cabin is the perfect getaway!

MARCH-APRIL DAILY. Medicine Hill is a 136 acre farm on the Sandy River complete with a swimming hole and an entire island to explore. We grow vegetables, herbs & flowers. Our animals include sheep, chickens & rabbits. You will have full access to all areas of the farm! Spend time fishing or relaxing on the river. Or literally just sitting on the porch unwinding and taking it all in. 4 private bedrooms have stunning views surrounded by trees or fields. And if the Chef is available..EAT!!!

Small quaint cabin located between Sylvester Farm and Trailsend Steakhouse. Access thru Sylvester Farm Campground to the Dead River. Great for canoeing and kayaking. Trout, Salmon, Perch and Pickerel. Spacious deck with dining table and gas grill. Cabin has 2 bedrooms. Larger one has full bed. Smaller of the 2 bedrooms has bunkbed with twin over full. Living room has double reclining couch and additional reclining chair. Full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, Keurig etc.

Some of the best mountain biking is right out the front door and swimming in the nearby river is not to be missed. In the wintertime, access to the Narrow Gauge ski trail is a short walk away.

We take great pride in providing a stay that you will remember for years to come. Our moose house is well-stocked with all essential amenities and a few extra surprises! Quaint, convenient neighborhood walking distance to UMF and downtown Farmington. Franklin Memorial Hospital is a short drive. Sugarloaf and Rangeley areas are 45 minutes. WIFI and smart TVs. (No cable.) Washer/Dryer with detergent available. Great place to stay for exploring Maine or a visit with your family and friends.
