Main house is a 3 bedroom (4 bd) / 2-bath, two-story home. Guest house is a 1 bedroom (3 bd) / 1-bath, two-story home. Connecting these homes is a spacious backyard oasis with luxurious landscaping, putting green, and an exquisite inground private saltwater pool with a captivating water feature.

Brand new Modern Mountain Home nestled in the woods in the beautiful new Patriot Pointe neighborhood. Neighborhood amenities include a Clubhouse, Pool, Pickleball Courts, Playground, Pond, and Walking trails. Our house has 3 bedrooms with king size beds with your own en suite bathroom. Also, there is a bunk room for the kids with three bunk beds and an en suite bathroom. Hang out on the giant back deck overlooking the woods or relax in the hot tub. A boat slip is included with the rental.
