Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Ob für ein Wochenende oder die ganze Woche: Hier kannst du dem Stadtleben entkommen und abschalten. Im Garten kannst du voll und Ganz entspannen, verweilen und genießen: Es gibt eine Sauna für den Winter und einen beheizten Pool im Sommer (23 Grad). Fahrradtouren, Wanderungen oder einfach ein gemütlicher Tag im Garten - alles ist direkt „vor der Nase“. Gerne helfe ich dir bei der Auswahl von Wander-, Laufstrecken oder Fahrradtouren. Zur Anreise ist ein Auto erforderlich. ÖPNV eher schwierig

Wir heißen Sie herzlich willkommen in unserem urigen Ferienhäuschen auf dem Lande! Unser Haus liegt idyllisch zwischen Laber- und Altmühltal. Hier können Sie beim Relaxen Rehe und Füchse auf den umliegenden Feldern beobachten. Die Lage ist perfekt geeignet für Ausflüge wie z.B. nach Regensburg, Kloster Weltenburg, zur Befreiungshalle nach Kelheim und Vieles mehr. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 2,5 km entfernt. Prospekte für Ausflugsmöglichkeiten liegen für Sie bei Ihrer Ankunft bereit.

Ferienhaus direkt am Waldrand

Ruhiges, freistehendes Ferienhaus zum Entspannen, direkt am Waldrand (ca. 45 qm). Fahrradwege zum Rothsee (10 km) und Brombachsee (20 km), sowie der historische Gredlradweg von Hilpoltstein nach Greding führen direkt am Haus vorbei. Sie können in unserem Garten ihre Seele baumeln lassen oder auch in der Umgebung aktiv sein. Joggen, Rad fahren, Yoga, an den Seen baden oder auch die Challenge Triathlon Strecke ausprobieren. Weiterhin bietet Heideck ein schönes beheiztes Freibad (3 km).

Das Haus verfügt über alles, was Du für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt brauchst. Kostenloses W-Lan, Kabelfernseher, eine ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche. Sowohl die Innenstadt, der nächste Supermarkt sowie der Bahnhof sind in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen.

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Wir hatten Lust, aus dem alten, sanierungsbedürftigen Gebäude aus den 50er Jahren etwas Attraktives zu machen. Vor allem der große Garten mit altem Baumbestand und die wunderschöne Lage nahe Regensburg haben uns motiviert, das Haus individuell auf den alten Grundmauern neu zu gestalten.
