Studio apartment in great location! Has a Queen Bed, kitchenette, and outside garden area. Modern AC and ceiling fans. Lots of beach equipment. I have backup water cistern and solar energy (not for AC). Located in the community of Esperanza, two blocks from the Malecon. Beaches, snorkeling, restaurants, BioBay tours, groceries, & bakery are close by. Our beaches and BioBay are spectacular. Casa de Kathy has been rated EXCELLENT on TripAdvisor since 2003.

Also, we have some beach blankets , towels and cooler for you to enjoy!

Además, pensando en tus aventuras: te incluimos toallas, sillas y una neverita para que te disfrutes la playa como todo un local.

Our home will be found through an easy walk from the Esperanza 'malecón" and up a neighborhood hill. The ample space welcomes families in the two large bedrooms and backyard. We have a children's play area for families traveling with small children. Lovely views from our balcony will remind that your Caribbean getaway has begun.
