De Donau ligt op een kleine 750 meter van het huisje. Heerlijk central en van alle gemakken voorzien! Het “Huisje Klein maar Fijn” is geheel gerenoveerd en is geschikt voor 2 volwassen of 2 volwassenen met 1 kind. We hebben geprobeerd om een sfeervolle ambiance te creeren wat denken we wel gelukt is!

A lovely footy house in Gemenc, hidden in the floodplain of the Danube. I punched it myself, paying attention to making most of the materials, accessories refurbished. You will live among old but charming stuff with a beautiful view of the river. There are a lot of toys (trampoline, slackline, swing, slide, ring) around the house, a fireplace, an outdoor dining area and hammocks under the walnut tree. There is a cultured compost toilet with almost zero maintenance. Private waterfront with boat.

A belváros közel, annak minden lehetőségével mégis elég távol, hogy csöndes helyre tudjatok elvonulni. Hűtő, mikró és főzéshez szükséges eszközökkel felszerelt. Sütési és mosási lehetőség nincs. Remek borvidékünk gazdag programokat kínál a vendégeink számára. Az apartman nem dohányzó. The apartment has all the basic amenities needed for you to have a comfortable rest and it is maintained and cleaned regularly. Under the apartment is daily bar with ocassional acustic events on weekend.
