Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Totalt 140kvm fördelat på 2 plan med 4 sovrum, 2 allrum, 2 badrum och stor öppen sällskapsyta med matplats för 8 personer. En uteplats med loungemöbler och grill. Huset är även privat bostad med personliga tillhörigheter

Inom gångavstånd finns restauranger, matbutik, och konditorier. 250 m bort finns buss/spårvagn som tar dig till Göteborg City på 15 min.

This unique guest house is situated in central Gothenburg with a fantastic view of the harbour. Enjoy the view from the sun-kissed patio or (optionally) enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub watching the sunset. There are several cafés, restaurants and a great supermarket an easy walk from the house. You can reach the city centre by bus (10 min), car (4 min) or by tram (10 min departing 800m away). Free parking. No kitchen but coffee machine, kettle, fridge etc.

(Tillfälligt avstängd) I Göteborg är Tredje Långgatan känd för sitt levande kultur-, butiks-, bar-, och restaurangliv. Här har du även närhet till naturen i Slottsskogen och Botaniska Trädgården. Med spårvagn så tar det ca 10 min till city. Om man vill åka på en skärgårdstur med båt så utgår dessa ifrån Stenpiren, 5 min bort. Välkomna!

House in cozy neighbourhood - Ideal for families.

Family-friendly house in a cozy residential neighborhood, close to playgrounds and nature just 15 min from the city centre. Bright living room with a sofa and armchairs. 3 bedrooms. Garden and a large terrace with an outdoor eating area and a coal grill. Private parking for two cars. TV with Netflix & Sonos. We have a small dog at home and though we are very thorough with the cleaning, take that into consideration if you have allergies.

Välkommen till husets charmiga ovanvåning, dit du kommer via en egen ingång. Huset har nyligen genomgått en omfattande renovering i tidstypisk stil. Detta boende ligger i området Kungsladugård, Majorna. Parken Slottsskogen ligger precis i närheten och på några minuter når du Mariaplan där det finns barer, restauranger och butiker. Det tar 15 minuter med spårvagnen till centrala Göteborg. Det finns flera mataffärer bara några kvarter bort.
