The house and lower level apartment do not share any living space except the driveway.

Whatever the reason brings you to Erie, this is a place you are going to feel at home. It is a very comfortable and peaceful place. Near to Millcreek Mall, Erie Zoo, UPMC, Mercyhurst University and Berhend Penn State. When you are home enjoy a good coffee while watching TV or playing board games.

Entire 3 bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood close to Mercyhurst University and downtown Erie! Just a short drive (15-20 minutes) from Presque Isle, Waldameer Park, and the Erie Zoo. Enjoy all of the comforts of home at this house. This house is family friendly and in a walkable neighborhood. Check in after 3pm Check out 10am Absolutely no parties or events allowed. This house is a non-smoking house.

This property is located next to our home. It overlooks Walnut Creek and features a quiet cabin with a private hot tub set in the woods yet still close to all the best Erie attractions. This cabin has everything you need to relax, cook, sleep, and enjoy your time. Just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, the Millcreek Mall, Presque Isle Downs and Casino, Presque Isle State Park, and Waldameer.

Private 2 bedroom suite w/hot tub

We do not host locals. Our private 2 bedroom, one bath suite is the perfect location for year round activities. It is attached to our home but, has it's own private entrance with gated driveway. It is close to beaches, amusement park, water park and nature hikes. There is free access to the hot tub and barbecue grill. Parking is off street and private with room for your boat or trailer.
