The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

Our cottage is pet friendly so the furbabies can come along.

Everything in this house was chosen to make visitors a great stay. The house is warm and inviting. Big backyard and a porch where you can sit and enjoy. Whatever the reason brings you to Erie, this is a place you are going to feel at home. It is a very comfortable and peaceful place. Near to Millcreek Mall, Erie Zoo, UPMC, Mercyhurst University and Berhend Penn State. When you are home enjoy a good coffee while watching TV or playing board games.

Soak up the modern and mid century touches of this newly renovated home. Enjoy the outdoor grill and picnic table or hang out on covered side porch with fan and privacy blinds. You can enjoy evenings in with games and puzzles provided ,smart tvs to watch a good movie. Not more than 100 feet away is a nice resturant to have lunch or a midnight snack, they serve till 1:45 am or just have a cold drink at their outside patio.
