Kitchen with full-size appliances, king bed, family room with smart TV, washer and dryer. Parking for 1 or 2 cars in driveway. Great restaurants nearby. We’ve been hosting for 5 years. The house and lower level apartment do not share any living space except the driveway.

Everything in this house was chosen to make visitors a great stay. The house is warm and inviting. Big backyard and a porch where you can sit and enjoy. Whatever the reason brings you to Erie, this is a place you are going to feel at home. It is a very comfortable and peaceful place. Near to Millcreek Mall, Erie Zoo, UPMC, Mercyhurst University and Berhend Penn State. When you are home enjoy a good coffee while watching TV or playing board games.
