We are close to the Gautrain bus route, 2.5km from Hyde Park Shopping Centre, Rosebank Shopping Centre & the Gautrain, & 6km from Sandton CBD.

There is a separate entrance, shared driveway. Includes a bedroom, spacious lounge and kitchenette stocked with a few essentials. The bathroom has a large shower and excellent water pressure. Enjoy coffee on your private patio. Please provide a selfie, or we will be unable to confirm your booking.

No load shedding and backup water. Welcome to my home in the leafy suburb of Hurlingham. We are central to Sandton CBD (3km) as well as Hyde Park, Rosebank and Bryanston. The Gautrain station is 8 mins away and it takes 12 minutes to the airport . The suite is located on the first floor with a separate entrance and secure undercover parking. Fast internet and lovely garden and pool views. We use solar power so not affected by load shedding. Kitchenette only, no stove/oven.

A private self-contained lock-up and go guest suite with unrestricted 24/7 access. 2.5 km from Unisa, 10,2 km from Monash University, 12,3 km from University of Johannesburg (UJ) and 16 km from University of the Witwatersrand (Wits). Guests do not have to share any spaces within the home with any members of the household as it is a totally independent unit even though it is situated within the main house. The only shared areas are outside in the garden and at the pool.
