The Cherokee Forest is only five minutes away offering hiking, picnic areas, and playgrounds and the Hiwassee River for endless recreation like fishing, kayaking, and tubing. The Tennessee Valley Railroad runs nearby as well and offers scenic day trips.

Attractions in Knoxville, Chattanooga and the Hiwassee and Ocoee Rivers are less than an hour away. Only a little further to Dollywood and Gatlinburg for any tourist activity you can imagine. The cottage offers a kitchen, queen size bed, TV, DVD player, and washer/ dryer. *Currently working on getting wifi in the cabin and there are not any actual peacocks on the farm.
