Gas fireplace for those cool Michigan nights, large master King bedroom, queen bed in loft and sleeper sofa can sleep up to 5. Full upper deck equipped with gas grill, outdoor seating in a quiet neighborhood 2 blocks from the best sand dunes around. Walk one block to Lake Michigan access and enjoy the sunsets before retreating to your custom-built cottage.

This nice open space is super comfortable & relaxing. It has vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, a water dispenser, a grill, a small deck, a fire pit, a picnic table, a soaking tub, etc... With a quick 7-minute drive to either downtown Petoskey or a 10-minute drive to Charlevoix and 20 minutes to Petoskey State Park. There is shoreline access across the road from us at West Park about a mile away. Famous Little Traverse Wheelway trail is across from us. See below for pet info. ($25 flat fee)

There are 3 beaches within 3 miles of the home. Nubs Knob and the Boyne resorts are within 30 minutes. The home was recently remodeled and is fully equipped. The home does have well water. The small faucet at the kitchen sink provides pure RO water for drinking and cooking.
