Two bedrooms with comfortable Hypnos beds, one king size bed, the other has twin beds. Off street parking for 2 cars. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome but not to be left alone.

The Grange (Annex Apartment)

Quiet location, ideal for a relaxing break, or focal point to meet family or friends. Situated in the remote country village of Broughton. The village boasts a popular and quaint pub, renowned for its food (The Crown Inn). The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Recently re-furbished. Ample parking on the drive for 2 to 3 cars.

Cherry Blossom is situation on Cherry Orchard Farm - a working farm in a secluded rural location in Great Staughton near the Cambs/Beds border. Whether you want a short break or longer self-catering accommodation, our location is an escape from the busy world we seem to live in these days.   The self-contained accommodation consists of one double / twin bedroom, bathroom (with shower), lounge area and fully fitted kitchen. Cosy one bedroom Coach House within walking distance of Grafham Water with off-street parking. The Coach House has a fully equipped kitchen. Sleeps 2 (or 4)(king size bed or 2 single beds- advise on booking how you want the beds), en-suite shower room. Living room has sofa/sofa bed, TV (with Fire TV), dining table & chairs. The Old Piggery - tranquil garden guest cottage

A spacious and well-appointed guest house set in a beautiful garden in the heart of the Cambridgeshire village of Hail Weston. The property is dog-friendly and gives easy access to country walks and cycling (it is on National Cycle route 12) but is still only a 10 minute drive from St Neots train station with direct links to London and only a half hour bus or car drive to historic Cambridge. Also, a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive into the market town of St Neots.

The Old Dairy - a quiet countryside retreat

Relaxation in a quiet rural retreat. Take your morning coffee on the patio watching the sun rise over the fields with your only neighbours - the birds and the sheep. Outside there are country walks directly from the house, no driving required In the garden are recliner chairs, large dining table with umbrella and portable BBQ. In the colder weather snuggle up in front of the wood burner with a book, board games or the TV.

The Kiln

The Kiln is an annex attached to our house, in a rural location north of Bedford. The Kiln was fully renovated in 2023. Importantly, you have your own space, kitchen, bathroom, living area and large double bedroom (plus single bed can be added if needed). Fully equipped kitchen along with a Nespresso coffee machine. Underfloor heating throughout, own front door, outdoor space with tons of parking!
