The accommodation is open plan with a full size double bed, and a sofa bed that converts to a double bed. A travel cot can included upon request. There is a fully functioning kitchen complete with electric hob, oven & fridge. Outside there is a Weber charcoal BBQ for guests use (fuel not included). There is a full shower room. All bedding & towels are provided.

From the Marina you can rent kayaks and paddleboards or bring a small skiff that you can tie up next to the houseboat. Explore the creek and back channels of the seacoast area where you'll find bald eagles, hawks and other wildlife. Great bird watching right from the back deck.
