Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. En 2022, la casa bizantina se sometió a una reconstrucción integral bajo la supervisión de arqueólogos.
