You are welcome to our spacious and comfy home located in the centre of the village Vigklafia Laconias. Our house retains its privacy and serenity so you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation, just a 3 minute drive from the beautiful sandy beach of Pounta and Pavlopetri sunken city, as well as the ferry boat to Elafonisos Island. All the local shops and restaurants are right next to you. The Castle of Monemvasia, Castania’s Cave and the ferry boat to Kythera are all a 20 minute drive.

Η παραδοσιακή ατμόσφαιρα σε συνδυασμό με τις παροχές του σπιτιού και την εγκάρδια φιλοξενία θα σας εξασφαλίσουν μια υπέροχη εμπειρια.

Kourkoula House

Welcome to Kourkoula House, a little piece of heaven in Monemvasia, Greece. The traditional house is one of the oldest buldings of the greater area of the Castle of Monemvasia. Located just above the first port of the area named "Kourkoula", it has now turned into a very hospitable place. It has a double bed, small kitchen to prepare your breakfast (complimentary espresso capsules), bathroom & a little closet to storage your things. Parking is also available for our precious guests.

This holiday home is located in front of the sea and specifically at the bay of Panagia in Elafonissos. It can accommodate up to 6 people. It is just 4 kilometers from the town of Elafonisos and 4.5 kilometers from the beach of Simos. The perfect place for holidays and relaxation! Enjoy the magnificent sea view, swim in the enchanting bay with the clear blue waters, right in front of the house, observe the starry sky during the night.

Συγκρότημα ενοικιαζομενων καταλυμάτων που βρίσκεται στο χωριό Ελιά του Δήμου Μονεμβασιάς.Το διαμέρισμα καλύπτει 56 m2 και φιλοξενεί 4 άτομα. Είναι ιδανικό για ζευγάρια ή οικογένειες με παιδιά. Η αμμώδης παραλία απέχει μόλις 40 μέτρα από το σπίτι. Το διαμέρισμα έχει A/C και κεντρική θέρμανση για να σας φιλοξενήσει τους χειμερινούς μήνες. Διαθέτει χώρο στάθμευσης έξω από το κατάλυμα. Η Μονεμβασιά απέχει 24χλμ.

Θέα

Σας καλωσορίζουμε στο νεόδμητο διαμέρισμά μας, ακριβώς πάνω στη θάλασσα και στην καρδιά της πόλης. Το σπίτι είναι σε απόσταση περπατήματος από όλα τα μαγαζιά, τις ταβέρνες της περιοχής και 1' από τη θάλασσα! Η Ελαφόνησος, το σπήλαιο της Καστανιάς, το απολιθωμένο δάσος καθώς και η μαγευτική Μονεμβάσια είναι σε απόσταση 25' με το αυτοκίνητό. Ευχόμαστε να περάσετε ξέγνοιαστα στην πανέμορφη περιοχή μας!

Διαμέρισμα πλήρως εξοπλισμένο ( θέα στη θάλασσα)

Μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα στην θάλασσα!!! Όλα τα δωμάτια διαθέτουν κλιματισμό, τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης, wifi και βεράντες ιδανικές για στιγμές ανάπαυλας. Υπάρχει και πλυντήριο ρούχων(με χρέωση) για όσους θέλουν να παρατείνουν τη διαμονή τους στο όμορφο νησί. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με μεγάλη κουζίνα και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μια οικογένεια με τρία παιδιά
