Two bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs. Full kitchen, dining area and living room are downstairs. Laundry room is downstairs. You can park in our drive way in front of double door garage. Thanks so much for considering our place. The house has two attached guest suites in the back (upstairs) that have guests in them, please keep the noise level low to avoid disturbing them. Thank you
