Hummingbird House at Organic Gardens1

Hummingbird House is a tiny house decorated in a vintage style, with quality craftsmanship, making use of all recycled building materials. Tucked away on 20 acres with gardens all around, goats, hens, ducks, dogs and cats. The house is newly remodeled and has kitchen, bathroom, double bed, single bed/nook/couch, and dining area table and chairs, with modern heating and air conditioning. Coffee, herbal teas from the garden, sugar, honey, creamy goat milk and cheese are all supplied from the farm.

Mt Rushnomore Ranch is surrounded by 90 acres of beautiful forest with seasonal creeks, making it the perfect place for exploring, relaxing and rejuvenating. Nearby lakes & trails for recreation. Horse trail rides & horse experiences available upon request. Open concept with vaulted ceilings. Cozy fireplace with firewood supplied. New kitchen with a coffee & tea bar. From your own private brick patio & secret garden, you will be welcomed inside to polished wood floors, deep soak Jacuzzi tub/ hand-held European style shower, comply QUEEN bed, quality linens, everything clean to a 't'. We are Self-Catered but with lite breakfast items & snacks available. Better yet, a short 2 block walk & you can explore Old Town shops & eateries. The original miners shack was fully renovated by a designer/builder team to create this creek side escape. This 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom retreat is located in the heart of Apple Hill within walking distance to Barsotti's, Delfino Farms and Lava Cap Winery. Immerse yourself in the tranquil, creek side setting as you relax in the private hot tub.

The property features over 60 fruit trees and a few pets—giving it a peaceful, country feel. The fully fenced property offers privacy and security with a gated entrance and code. We can accommodate up to two vehicles. We are near the heart of Placerville. We’re animal lovers and welcome your well-behaved pets.

It is located on a mini farm complete with goats, chickens, dogs and a huge garden that you will have access to and is close to ALL the outdoor activities you can think of including hiking, mountain biking, river rafting, hunting and more. We are minutes from world famous trails, 10 minutes from the river, and an hour from the ski slopes. There is just so much to do right outside of our doors!
