Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Stugan ligger högst uppe på ett berg med fantastisk utsikt över sjön. Du får gratismotion i den rejäla trappen som leder upp. Här bor du lantligt intill sjö och natur men med korta avstånd till Stockholm. Parkering för en bil finns. På ca 40 minuter tar du dig kommunalt till centrala Stockholm. Bäst lämpat för vuxna gäster maa tomtens topografi.

Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.
